These 3 Points Are Critical to Prolong the Service Life of Lifting Rail

Every country in the world has its own standards for the productions of rails, and the classification methods are also different. In China, steel rails can be divided into three types based on the approximate weight of kilograms per meter: crane rail, heavy rails and light rails. Crane rails and trolley rails are mainly used for heavy-duty and precision load-bearing machinery(gantry crane ground rails and crane rails),etc., it is widely used in port lifting, docks, warehouse, steel mills, power plants, shipyards, large machinery factories and other fields.

In daily work, it is necessary to maintain the lifting rail. Then, how to ensure the service life of the lifting rail and improve the efficiency of the lifting rail, the following 3points may have some help.

1.We should do a good job in the recycling of rails

Lifting rails, light steel rails, fully recycle waste steel, and carry out reprocessing production, which can save steel resources, protect the environment, realize the reuse of resource, and promote the development of circular economy.

2.Reduce the wear and tear of the lifting rail during use

On the on hand, increase the curvature of the railway to improve the safety of the train, so that the train will run smoothly, thereby reducing the wear of the lifting rail; on the other hand, the train driver must slow down the speed when the train turns to reduce the friction between the train and the rail, thereby reducing the wear and tear of the lifting rail. At the same time, the quantity of goods should also be appropriately reduced, which can also reduce wear and tear.

3.Ensure the safe use of lifting rails

Whether it is before use, during use, or after use, its usage specifications must be followed, so as to better ensure safety. If the equipment is not used in accordance with the operation specifications, accordance with the operating specifications, resulting in a safety accident, it is not worth the loss.
