When the phase change appears on one side of the medium, the gap between the heat transfer coefficient is relatively large, such as the circulation of heat exchange air, finned tube heat exchangers can be used. If there is no phase change in heat transfer between air and air, or heat exchange between water and water, bare tubes are usually suitable. Of course, low fin tubes can also be used, because this time is a weak heating coefficient, strengthening either side will have effect. However, the direct effect of excessive fin ratio is not significant, and threaded or grooved tubes can be used.
