Removal steps of pulley hook group
Pulley hook group is a widely used in a small equipment used in the load and support crane, in the semi-closed hook group, under normal circumstances is a small device on the crane for reciprocating travel, but also very easy to damage parts, in the hook group, after a period of operation after the need to be replaced. The order of replacement is as follows:
1. Remove the connecting bolts of the coupling at the end of the hook group.
2. Remove the fastening bolts connecting the Angle bearing box of the hook group to the end beam.
3. Use the lifting screw or jack of the crane to lift the crane bridge, so that the hook tread is about 10mm from the top surface of the track, lever the hook group and pull it out along the track surface in order to unload and replace.
4. Lift the pre-assembled, new active hook group with shaft end gear coupling half body to the crane track.
5. Push the pulley hook group close to the installation position, adjust the jack to slowly lower the car body, insert the fastening bolt, screw on the nut to ensure safety.
6. Properly tighten the horizontal bolts, and then tighten the vertical bolts accordingly. Alternately, pull the wheel when tightening the I, check whether the wheel is flexible, and check the horizontal and vertical deviation of the hook installation.
7. Align the screw holes of the gear coupling half body at the end of the hook shaft and the coupling half body of the driven shaft of the reducer, insert the connecting bolts and tighten them.
8. When everything is normal, drop the car body.
In the use of pulley hook group, in order to ensure the normal operation of the crane, so the active hook at both ends is also to be replaced and maintained at the same time, in order to ensure the consistency of the mechanical transmission gap on both sides, the reducer also needs to be replaced from both sides of the gear coupling.
