A150 Rail Overview
The A150 rail is one of the heavy-duty models under the DIN536 Crane Rail Standard. Detailed A150 rail dimensions and weight per meter are listed in Table 1. With a head width of 150 mm and a web thickness of 80 mm, the A150 rail profile is designed for large-scale cranes, providing excellent stability and load capacity.

A150 Rail Material & Sizes
The A150 rail material used by Glorysteelwork is U71Mn steel. Its detailed mechanical properties and chemical composition are shown in Table 2.
U71Mn is a kind of hot-rolled rails for railways. It is a medium-manganese low-alloy steel rail. It has wear resistance, pressure resistance, and fatigue resistance, which is more than double the service life of carbon steel rails and has good welding performance. , suitable for laying large-radius curved rails, or welding long rails to lay seamless lines, and can also be made into full-length quenched rails. The tensile strength is above 880MPa, and the elongation after fracture is 9%.
