QU100 RAIL
Product Overview
QU100 rail is a high-capacity crane rail engineered for extreme wheel loads, high-impact operation, and long-span crane systems. With a 100 mm wide rail head and reinforced cross-section, it provides superior contact stability and stress dispersion compared with smaller QU series rails.
Designed for demanding industrial crane tracks, QU100 rail is widely applied in port machinery, metallurgical cranes, heavy steel plants, and large gantry crane systems, where continuous operation and safety margins are critical.
Manufactured in compliance with YB/T 5055-2014, GlorySteelWork’s QU100 crane rails are produced with controlled metallurgy and dimensional accuracy to support long-term, high-intensity crane movement.
