Product Overview
QU70 rail is a heavy-duty crane track designed for reliable load transfer and long-term performance in industrial lifting systems. As part of the QU-series defined by YB/T 5055-2014, QU70 rail features a 70 mm rail head and a compact, reinforced cross-section that ensures stable wheel contact under repeated crane movement.
Compared with flat-bottom crane rails, the QU70 crane rail offers a thicker section, wider base contact, and a flat or slightly crowned rail head. This design improves resistance to impact, wear, and fatigue, making QU70 rail suitable for continuous-duty crane tracks operating under medium to high wheel loads.
