2.When the hot-rolled flat steel passes through the wall or floor, a casing should be installed. The gap between the casing and the pipe should not be less than 10mm, and an insulator should be added in the gap. The insulator should not contain iron filings or rust, etc., the insulation generally adopts asbestos rope.

3.When loading and unloading hot-rolled flat steel, try to avoid direct contact with steel wire ropes, fasteners, etc., store it on the shelf, use wood or rubber plates to separate it from carbon steel components, and prepare hammers, wooden hammers, and copper hammers in advance, hot rolled flat wire brushes and other special tools.

4.For connecting branch pipes on the main pipe, it is advisable to use prefabricated hot-rolled flat steel tees, such as steering pump oil pipes. The hot-rolled flat steel needs to be drilled on the main pipe to connect branch pipes. It should be processed mechanically with drills and milling cutters, such as use carbon arc gouging or plasma cutting, etc., and then use a grinder to polish.
